A government experiment in subspace exploration inadvertantly opened a rift that brought a sentient energybeing to our world. His alien energies incompatible with our reality, the energy was encased in a metal egg retrieved from Area 51. Bonding with the strange metal, the energy lifeform molded the egg to resemble the inhaitants of this strange new world and was dubbed the "Eggman" by the government. Nearly invincible, the Eggman ventured forth to explore his strange, new home.
